Itinerary:

 

The event will begin at 8:00 am and last until 12:00 pm.

 

Racers- be there at 7:30am to get race numbers,t-shirts, and to pay your registration fee at the multipurpose stage. Also, racers, be ready to line up at the starting line by 7:45am, volunteers will round everyone up and take runners to starting line .

 

Volunteers- be there an hour early to fulfill your duties as discussed at meeting, 7:00 am. 

 

When coming to the event, you will be guided to the available parking lots by our volunteers. Parking is FREE.

 

Walking into the event, you will go striaght to the multipurpose stage to pick up and pay for pre-ordered t-shirts. 

 

Feel free to purchase a t-shirt at the multi-purpose stage before you begin to explore all of our activities!

 

The race will begin at 8:00am, feel free to watch and cheer on our runners!

 

Booths and activities will be open the entire time of the event and locations are provided by the map. Be sure to visit all of the booths, but before you begin visiting... go to the multipurpose stage to buy your tickets for activities and purchase a raffle ticket!

 

Raffle ticket winners will be announced at the multipurpose stage at 11:00am

 

The Award Ceremony will begin at 11:30am at the multipurpose stage. (Time will be pushed back and announced if runners are not done with the 5K by 11:30am)
